Jin Peng received the B.S. in mathematics in 1981, the M.S. degree in operations research & control theory from Central China Normal University in 1997, and the Ph.D degree in operations research & control theory from Tsinghua University in 2003, respectively.
As a visiting scholar, he carried on further studies at University of New South Wales in Australia from 1993 to 1994. Now he is a professor at Huanggang Normal University, Hubei, China. His primary research interests include graph theory, uncertain programming,
intelligent systems and their applications in various
uncertain decision systems such as scheduling, vehicle routing problems.
Mr. Peng has published more than 40 papers in various journals or conference proceedings. He has also successfully conducted two key projects of natural science in Hubei Province and taken part in several highly competitive research projects. Dr. Peng has served as the co-chairs of program committes, secretary-general, or members of organizing committees in several conferences or academic societies.
